What is the name of this horror movie?

I try to find the name of a horror movie I watched a few years. In the film, there is a kind of underground organization that draws in people's minds and convinces himself he is Satan. The main group people go into a house and the cops have something crazy high-tech trailer waiting outside as a base of operations. I think the cinema eastern side of 90s and early 00s, but I'm not entirely sure. thank you!

Phantoms with Ben Afleck.

Three terrifying tales of the living dead spanning three centuries are collected in this independent horror anthology. The first tale, set in feudal Japan, concerns a samurai and a monk who uncover the secret of resurrecting the dead, only to be faced with an army of marauding corpses. The second story takes place in 1948, as a hard-boiled detective takes on what seems to be a routine missing persons case, only to stumble upon an underground strip club, jaded millionaires, and brilliant but discredited scientist experimenting with raising the dead. And finally, in a blasted future after World War III, gangs of vampires and werewolves engage in bloody turf battles while the surviving military rulers use members of both clubs in special wrestling matches staged for their amusement. ~ Mark Deming, All Movie Guide.

Photo gallery, Special 1940’s-style pinup gallery, Outtakes, Behind-the-scenes “Micro-Budget Horror Filmmaking Primer”, Teaser trailer and full trailer.

In 1974, horror fans rejoiced upon the release of Tobe Hooper’s brutal masterpiece, “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.” The movie razed the stakes of in-your-face filmmaking and literally changed the face of horror. Twelve years later, Hooper got the saws buzzing again with this deviously entertaining sequel, starring Oscar(R)-nominee Dennis Hopper in on the most deliciously crazed performances of his career. In this outing, Hopper splatters more blood, more guts and more gore… and takes the genre to new heights of deranged – and delightful – terror! For a decade, Texas Ranger Lefty Enright has sought to avenge the brutal murder of his kin by the cannibalistic Sawyer family – Leatherface, Chop-Top and Grandpa. With the help of a radio DJ who’s also bent on putting an end to the terror, Lefty finds his way to the Sawyers’ underground butchershop, where a battle of epic proportions soon rages… and the new line between good and evil gets chopped to bits!.

Opening Credits, “Leaving For Work,” “Die Yuppy Scum!,” “The Gonzo Moviegoer,” “Clothes Off His Back; Six Part Featurettes: “It Runs In The Family” – “Part I: The Texas Screenplay Massacre,” “Part II: The Art Of Mayhem,” “Part III: A Cast Of Characters,” “Part IV: Prime Meat,” “Part V: Father Of The Saw,” “Part VI: Requiem For A Sequel”; All New Commentary by Director Tobe Hooper;, Actor Commentary, Audio Commentary, Deleted Scenes, Director Commentary, Original Theatrical Trailer, Photo Gallery, Dual Layer, NTSC.
