Paintshop paint splatter?
I have paintshop Pro XI and i wanna know if you can get the paintsplatter effect on it similar the the adobe photoshop.
If not, is there somewhere i could do it online, and then save it to my computer as a JPEG?
To get a “splatter brush” effect in PSP XI: Use the Airbrush tool, select a round brush tip with hardness, step, and density set at 25, opacity=50, and blend mode=Dissolve.
