Scariest Horror Movie Serial Killer?

I know I asked this before but I wanted to see if anyone new would respond. I want to see if there is one killer EVERYONE loves but is scared to death of. Who is the one horror movie serial killer that scared the crap out of you? Why? What was their freakiest scene? This seems odd but what characteristics of one character can you relate to? Please don’t say ‘I can relate to Leatherface because I like to eat people too!’ I really want to know!

Steven Weber in the remake of the Shining

He reminded me of my father, and my father scared me and so him being like my father, he scared me. He scared me because of him being so hateful and all of a sudden turning of the ones he loves, just freaked me out.

The freakiest scene to me would be when he pretends to be nice to the son, and then when the son is in his arms he changes and is mean again.

I can relate to him by that I too get so angry and trapped within my rage, it is hard to get out of.
